Animism teaches us how to live with everything that surrounds us, to respect its’ soul and the powers they can lend us. When we misuse the spirit of things, in order to satisfy fast individual desires, instead of serving the whole, we create inbalance in the world.
What is taken left has to be replaced right.
This teaches us to live and act more slowly, as we understand that each one of our actions has repercussions and will create imbalance. It teaches us responsibility for what surrounds us.
Just look at our greed with money, which is also a form of animism (attributing life and values to objects) in an inbalanced manner.
This heritage is our missing link in order to bring together all the wisdoms of this world, and benefit all of humanity, the living things, and our universe.
