She looked at me with bright eyes of happiness.
Probably around 6 or 7 of age.
I totally understood why she was staring at me.
I looked like a little girl’s fantasy.
I know, because I am looking like my own little girl’s fantasy.
As a child, my imaginary friend was a purple poney.
I was very often hospitalised, and during tough times, with injections and pain, my poney always appeared and I was so wonderstruck, that I forgot about the physical pain.
Exactly like how that little girl was staring at me.
As an adult, I’ve become my own imaginary friend. I’ve embodied the dreams I had as a child, and am working throughout to make them come true.
Today what is the embodiment of your childhood dreams?
